This Privacy Policy explains how RegWatch, a service operated by Dynamiq Technologies Inc. (“RegWatch,” “we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal data when you visit our websites and use our services.

1. Scope of this Policy (Sites & Services Covered)
This Policy applies to:
- Our public websites, landing pages, and resources (the “Sites”).
- The RegWatch web application and related services (the “Services”).
It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control. Where customers upload or connect their own content to RegWatch, we handle that information as Customer Data (see Section 10).
2. Information We Collect
A. Personal Data you provide

We collect this when you request a demo, create an account, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us.
B. Cookies & Usage Data (collected automatically)
- Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, time on page, referring pages/links, and similar diagnostics captured via cookies or comparable technologies. See Section 4 for details.
Data minimization: RegWatch’s default marketing and account flows collect only the data listed above. Additional information may be processed if you choose to provide it (e.g., in a free-text form field).
3. How We Use Personal Data (Purposes & Legal Bases)
We process personal data to:
- Provide and improve the Services (account set-up, user support, product performance) — contract performance / legitimate interests.
- Communicate with you (service notices, security updates, product updates) — contract performance / legitimate interests.
- Operate our Sites (analytics, troubleshooting, protecting against abuse) — legitimate interests.
- Marketing with consent (where required) — consent.
- Comply with law (tax, regulatory, law-enforcement requests) — legal obligation.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time (Section 8).
4. Website Navigational Information (Cookies & Similar Tech)
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- keep you signed in and deliver core functionality;
- understand site usage and improve the experience;
- remember preferences (e.g., language).
You can control cookies via your browser settings. Some features may not work without certain cookies.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose personal data to:
- Service providers / processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support) bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms;
- Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, financing) subject to appropriate protections;
- Legal and safety purposes (to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights, security, and users).
6. International Transfers
We may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, transfer impact assessments, and technical/organizational measures) for transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland.
7. Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continually evaluate controls to mitigate risk.
8. Your Choices & Communications Preferences
- Marketing opt-out: Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Cookie controls: Manage via your browser; disable non-essential cookies if desired.
- Account communications: Service/transactional emails are necessary for core functionality and are not promotional.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. If you close your account or withdraw consent (where applicable), we will delete or de-identify data unless retention is legally required or permitted.
10. Customer Data (Processor Role)
RegWatch allows customers to connect internal policy documents and other materials to check regulatory gaps and changes. These materials may incidentally contain personal data. For such Customer Data, RegWatch acts as a processor (or service provider) and processes it solely on the customer’s instructions, pursuant to our agreement and data processing terms. Customers are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and permissibility of Customer Data.
Important: Our default product design does not require personal data within policy documents. If customers choose to include personal data, they must have a lawful basis and appropriate notices in place.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Delete your data;
- Port your data in a usable format;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise rights, contact support@getdynamiq.ai with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We will verify your identity before responding. You may also authorize an agent as permitted by law.
California (CPRA): We do not sell or share your personal information. You may request access, correction, or deletion as above.
EEA/UK: Our lawful bases are described in Section 3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
12. Children’s Privacy
RegWatch is intended for business use by individuals 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Effective date” and, where required, provide additional notice.
