An alert is only useful if it says why it applies to you and cites the text it rests on. So every RegWatch alert does both.

People decide
Agents read, score and draft. People assign owners, convert alerts into obligations and dismiss alerts with a reason, and the record shows who did what.
Show the source
Every alert and every answer cites its source. If RegWatch can’t show where an answer came from, it shouldn’t give one.
Your data stays yours
Customer content is not used to train generalized AI models by default, and the full data plane can run in your own cloud account.

Citations throughout
Findings keep the source URL, the dates and the verbatim excerpt, and assistant answers cite the records they use.

Isolation in the database
Each customer is a separate tenant, enforced by Postgres row-level security.
