What applies, who owns it, and what proves it.

Regulatory compliance software that gives your team one record from the regulator’s text to the board: relevance explained and cited, obligations with owners, evidence attached, and management reports on a schedule.

Examiners ask what you read, and why.

A CCO answers for every change in every market, but the work is spread across feeds, inboxes, spreadsheets and a GRC tool. When an examiner asks why a rule was set aside, or a director asks what changed last quarter, the answer is assembled by hand.

  • Feeds and newsletters no one can prove were read.
  • Owners and due dates agreed in email.
  • Evidence scattered across shared drives.
  • Board reporting rebuilt every quarter.

Triage in one Inbox

Every alert arrives explained and cited, with its urgency and its relevance to your profile. Your team assigns owners and due dates, and a dismissal takes a written reason.

Own it as an obligation

Changes that apply become obligations with the article, owner, risk and review date, and evidence attaches where the obligation lives.

Report to the board

Management reports go out as PDFs weekly or monthly, with an executive summary, breakdowns, alert details and a statement of scope and limitations.

What you get

  • A dashboard for the CCO

Current workload, watchlist health, and alerts by urgency, topic and market, in one view.

  • Evidence an examiner can follow

Each obligation links back to its alert and the source excerpt, and forward to its evidence and history.

  • Decisions with reasons

Dismissals carry a written reason, and changes are written to a tamper-evident, append-only audit log.

  • Roles that match the team

Role-based access with 9 roles: Organization Owner, Access Administrator and Audit Reviewer, plus Viewer, Contributor or Manager access to each product.

  • A calendar of what is due

Effective dates, deadlines, consultation closes, filings, reviews and attestations on one calendar.

  • Compliance Assistant

Ask what changed for an entity, or which obligations a policy covers, and get an answer that cites your own records.

  • Your register stays

The Inbox exports to Excel, and alerts and reports export as PDFs, for the register and the GRC platform you already run.

Questions

Do we have to replace our GRC platform?

No. RegWatch works alongside it. RegWatch finds the changes that apply to you and explains why; your team assigns owners and records decisions, and RegWatch keeps the evidence and the audit trail. Your GRC platform stays the home of risks, controls and testing, and your decisions reach it by export: the Inbox exports to Excel, and alerts and management reports export as PDFs.

Can the AI make compliance decisions?

No. Agents read, score and write alerts; people assign owners, convert alerts into obligations and dismiss them with a reason. The record shows who did what.

How fast can we start?

After the demo, the onboarding agent drafts your company profile from your website and a short brief, then suggests jurisdictions, topics and sources. Your team confirms them, invites colleagues and sets each watchlist’s schedule. The first alerts arrive after the first run, which you can start on demand.

Where does our data live?

In RegWatch’s cloud, or in your own cloud account with Private VPC: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud or another provider. Tenant isolation is enforced in the database with Postgres row-level security, and customer content is not used to train generalized AI models by default.

Bring your regulators. See what applies to you.
