Accessibility statement

Everyone who evaluates or uses RegWatch should be able to read this site, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement covers www.regwatch.io.

Our target

The site is designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Procurement teams often assess software against EN 301 549, the European standard for the accessibility of information and communication technology, whose requirements for web content are based on WCAG. We use it as our reference for those requirements.

Conformance status

The site has not yet been independently audited against WCAG 2.2 AA. It is built to that target, and every page template is checked automatically against WCAG 2.2 AA rules before each release. This statement will list the results of a manual audit once one is complete.

The RegWatch application at platform.regwatch.io is outside the scope of this statement.

How we build the site

The site is built to these rules:

  • Pages are rendered on the server and work without JavaScript.
  • Motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Layouts are designed from 360 pixels wide, without sideways scrolling.
  • Tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
  • Product illustrations have a text description for screen readers, and their decorative detail is hidden from assistive technology.
  • Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast minimums.

Known limitations

Automated checks report no failures today, and we do not claim conformance until a manual audit confirms it. Issues an audit finds will be listed here with the date we expect to fix them.

Product illustrations show interface detail at small sizes. Their content is available as text, but the visual detail may be hard to read at high magnification.

After you send the demo form, the booking calendar is shown in a frame served by Calendly, which we do not control. If it does not work for you, choose to continue without it and the team will email you times.

Report a barrier

If something on this site is hard to use with your setup, email hello@regwatch.io with the page address and what happened. Tell us the device, browser and any assistive technology you use, and how you would like us to reply.
