From the regulator’s clause to your tracked changes.

Legal AI for in-house teams, starting from the change as compliance saw it. RegWatch Legal answers questions over your documents, redlines the policy in Word and reviews every affected contract.

In-house legal: the product view.

Legal hears about regulatory change last.

A new rule reaches counsel as a forwarded email, without the clause, the entity it touches or the owner. The policy change is drafted from scratch, and the contract review runs in a spreadsheet with no link back to the rule.

  • The regulation and the reasoning arrive separately, if at all.
  • Policy redlines are retyped into Word, and versions are lost.
  • Reviews across a whole portfolio of agreements are done by hand.
  • Nothing links the legal work back to the obligation it answers.

What you get

  • Tracked changes in Word

Policy edits arrive as real Word tracked changes, on cards you accept or reject, with every version kept.

  • Tabular review

Put the same questions to a whole document set in any of 9 answer formats, from yes or no to dates and monetary amounts.

  • Workflows

100+ workflows across 11 practice areas, plus your own, kept private or shared with the organization.

  • Projects and library

Keep each matter’s chats, reviews and files in a project, and your templates in a private library.

  • Private unless shared

Chats and files stay private to the person who created them unless they share them with the organization.

  • Evidence back to compliance

Link the finished review to the obligation as evidence, so the compliance record shows the legal work behind it.

Questions

Are RegWatch Legal outputs legal advice?

No. Answers, redlines and reviews are drafts for professional review, with citations so a lawyer can check each one against the source.

Does RegWatch Legal train on our documents?

Customer content is not used to train generalized AI models by default. Chats and files stay private to their owner unless shared with the organization.

Can we use RegWatch Legal without RegWatch Compliance?

Yes. RegWatch Legal is sold on its own through AWS Marketplace, and it comes with Enterprise alongside RegWatch Compliance. When a team uses both, they share one sign-in and one set of roles.

We already use a legal AI workspace. Where does RegWatch Legal fit?

RegWatch Legal works in the same product as RegWatch Compliance, under one sign-in, one organization and one set of roles, so counsel can bring a cited regulatory change into a Legal project and answer, redline and review against it. If your lawyers keep another legal workspace, RegWatch Compliance still hands them the cited change: alerts export to PDF and the Inbox to Excel.
