Counsel needs the page behind every answer.

Counsel needs the passage behind every answer, edits in Word the way the other side will read them, and a way to put the same questions to a whole set of agreements without losing track.

  • Chat answers that cannot be traced to a page do not survive review.
  • Redlines pasted from a chat window lose tracked changes and versions.
  • Contract reviews run in spreadsheets with no link to the clause.
  • Regulatory changes reach legal as forwarded emails, stripped of context.

Redline in Word

Ask for a change and each edit arrives as a real Word tracked change, on a card you accept or reject, one at a time or all at once. Every version is kept.

What you get

  • Cited answers

Chat over PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel files. Numbered citations open the quoted passage in the source document.

  • Drafting

The assistant drafts Word documents and asks clarifying questions when a request is ambiguous.

  • Projects

A folder for each matter, holding its chats, reviews and practice area, downloadable as a ZIP.

  • Library

A private library of files and templates, organized in nested folders.

  • History

A log of what was asked, drafted and changed, exportable as CSV.

  • From alert to legal review

RegWatch Legal sits in the same product as RegWatch Compliance, under one sign-in and one set of roles. Bring the publication and the affected documents into a project, then link the finished review to the obligation as evidence.

  • Connectors

Connect your organization’s MCP servers. Every tool call waits for a user’s approval and is recorded.

  • US case-law research

Optional research across US case law, alongside your own documents.

Questions

Is RegWatch Legal a separate product?

It is the second RegWatch product, in the same workspace and under the same sign-in and roles as RegWatch Compliance. It comes with Enterprise, and it is also sold on its own through AWS Marketplace.

We already use a legal AI workspace. Where does RegWatch Legal fit?

RegWatch Legal works in the same product as RegWatch Compliance, under one sign-in, one organization and one set of roles, so counsel can bring a cited regulatory change into a Legal project and answer, redline and review against it. If your lawyers keep another legal workspace, RegWatch Compliance still hands them the cited change: alerts export to PDF and the Inbox to Excel.

Can we trust the citations?

Each citation opens the quoted passage in the source document, so a reviewer checks the answer against the text in one step. Outputs are drafts for professional review.

What files can RegWatch Legal read?

PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel files, in chats, projects and tabular reviews. Redlines are written back to Word as tracked changes.

Does RegWatch Legal train on our documents?

Customer content is not used to train generalized AI models by default. RegWatch Legal also runs as Private VPC, in your own cloud account.
