Trackers and Templates
Most compliance teams still run regulatory change on spreadsheets: in Regology's 2024 survey, 79% of compliance departments said they do. A spreadsheet is a sound place to start if it has the right columns, a named owner on every row and a changelog. The templates in this hub are free and need no email address, and each comes with a field-by-field guide and worked rows built on real regulations such as DORA and the EU AI Act.
Use the horizon scanning template for rules that are not in force yet, the obligations register for what binds you today, the impact assessment template when a specific rule lands, and the change tracker to log every change from detection to closure. The US state privacy laws tracker applies the same discipline to one fast-moving area of law, and the change management policy template writes the process down for examiners.
